Billabong: JBA served Billabong on multiple engineering assignments. These included distribution center layout, time and motion studies and advanced method development. JBA has designed millions of square feet of garment distribution operations coast to coast and around the world.

Volcom: JBA has a wonderful relationship with Volcom. JBA’s first assignment was to re-engineer Volcom’s receiving department. Volcom receives large containers from overseas on a regular basis and must unload, inspect, tag and stock these garments in an accurate and quick fashion. JBA's team completed a Process Assessment study and identified multiple opportunities to improve production methods, processes, material handling systems and tools. We then developed the CAD drawings and brainstormed with the Volcom's distribution management team. This moved Volcom to a dramatic improvement in speed and accuracy. The Volcom team not only sped the throughput but reduced labor costs and provided a higher level of service to their customers.

After Hours Formalwear: JBA has served hundreds of small, medium and large tuxedo rental operations worldwide. JBA has designed multiple garment distribution centers for After Hours throughout the United States. These operations handle the cleaning, pressing, processing and assembly of high quality tuxedos for rental. JBA applies the best practices of automatic sortation, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification Device) and other material handling advancements in supporting the development of ideal facility design. JBA has completed tuxedo rental distribution operations coast to coast and around the world.
