Project Description: JBA reengineered all departments at Wellington Foods and consolidated six Long Beach facilities into one state-of-the-art Corona, California operation. JBA implemented advanced process piping and automation throughout the facility.

Project Description: JBA designed the Herbalife Memphis space implementing Pick-To-Light, automation sortation, automatic boxes and labeling and many other advancements throughout the operation.
Relevant: By designing a 3 phase production advancement program, Herbalife was able to apply 3 levels of automation that were triggered relative to volume growth. This allowed them to reinvest in automation as added profitability was enjoyed.
