Project Description: JBA supported the current state documentation process flow advancements and detailed layout of the ideal manufacturing and distribution consolidation for Hain Celestial.
Relevant: JBA’s team provided both healthcare product expertise and overall manufacturing process advancements experience to the team at Hain Celestial. This will drive advancements through expanded space organization and personal productivity.

WASH
Laundry Systems
Size: 88,000 square feet of washer and dryer re-manufacturing space
Project Description: JBA assisted WASH Laundry Systems in re-engineering and relocating their main Southern California washer and dryer remanufacturing operation. This process embraced advancements in the process flow, material handling tools, methods and system improvements.
Relevant: JBA brought state-of-the-art advancements to distribution, manufacturing, assembly, and shipping to the WASH Laundry team.
